At Dancovershop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer account or visit our online return portal to submit a request and receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
